Midburn is searingly hot and dusty, set in the most western point of Asia where East meets West. Walking through the desert and exploring our surroundings is like being transported to a biblical scene. The terrain ebbs and flows in golden sand and dusty ravines that we will spend the week exploring. The art installations add drama to the scene, made of intricately woven wood. The Man has a Midburn twist: it is actually a man and a woman locked in an embrace that only fire will undo at the end of the week.
